Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must stop using the service immediately. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. These Terms govern every aspect of your relationship with the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher age required by local law, to use this service. By registering, you confirm you meet eligibility requirements and have legal capacity. Unauthorized or underage use is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. The service may require proof of age at any time.

Account Security

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify support immediately. We are not liable for losses from compromised credentials.

Permitted Use

You must not attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

User Content

Content you submit remains your property, subject to a non‑exclusive license permitting the service to host, display, and distribute. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify the service for any third‑party claims arising from your content.

Fees & Payment

Access to premium features requires payment of fees as indicated at checkout. All fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable except as explicitly stated. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

Subscription Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can disable auto‑renewal in your account settings. Disabling auto‑renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No partial refunds are provided.

Service Changes

The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Significant changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when practicable. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance. No compensation is owed for changes.

Suspension & Termination

The service may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security concerns, or operational requirements. Notice will be provided when feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, content, and design remain with their owners. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued for infringement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or court of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
